Delivery for items sold online
Items sold online are sent by Royal Mail using signed for (recorded) delivery to ensure a prompt and safe arrival with you. Please provide a convenient daytime delivery address for receipt of your goods as you will need to sign for them.
UK Deliveries £4.50
(Please allow between two to four working days)
International Deliveries £9
(Please allow four – eight working days)
NOTE: If you are unable to accept delivery of your order you will be left a card with contact details. You will then have SEVEN DAYS to rearrange delivery. If you do not do this your order will be returned to us.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their delivery details are correct and that they are available to sign for the package. We take no responsibility for orders that fail to be delivered due to incorrect information or addresses that are closed or inaccessible at the time of delivery.
All claims of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of initial order confirmation.
We cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods.
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves, prior to despatch, to ensure that they leave us in the best possible condition. However, transit damage can occur. If your package shows signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately.
Returns
Only faulty or incorrect products can be returned. The customer must report a fault or error within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items must be returned to us, initially at the customer’s expense. If the product(s) is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will replace the item(s) and reimburse the cost of the return postage. Refunds can only be issued to the initial payment method.
Our liability for damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the faulty goods.
Should you have garments to return to us, you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take appropriate care of them.
Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contract Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen working days after delivery as long as all goods are in their original condition.
To cancel your order please make a note of this and return the whole package including invoice to the address below.
We recommend that you send the goods to us using Special Delivery and ensure that all items are packaged securely as we will not be able to refund any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
After receiving your parcel we will refund your credit / debit card (minus the delivery charges) within 30 days.
